1 — Who we are, and what these Terms cover

loopSEO is a hosted service that researches keyword clusters, generates long-form articles, publishes them to your WordPress sites, monitors their performance in Google Search Console and rewrites what loses ground. It is operated by loopSEO (loopseo.org) — "loopSEO", "we", "us". Our registered details are available on request.

These Terms form the whole agreement between you and us regarding the service. If you subscribe on behalf of a company or a client, you confirm you are authorised to accept them for that business. Where a consumer statutory right cannot be waived, nothing here limits it.

2 — What the service does — and doesn't

Day to day, the nightly loop: researches live Google results using your Searlo key, drafts or rewrites articles based on that data, publishes to the WordPress sites you connect, scores pages against Search Console data and reverts changes that performed worse. You control what runs, how much runs per night, and whether articles publish or land as drafts.

loopSEO is a tool run to your instructions. It is not an agency, a consultancy, and not a publisher: you choose the niches, review what it writes (or let it draft), and everything it produces lands on properties you own and control.

3 — Accounts and eligibility

4 — Subscription, billing, renewal

5 — Third-party services run on your accounts, at your cost

This is important and different from most tools: loopSEO runs on your own API keys. You open and own the accounts with OpenRouter (AI models), Searlo (SERP data), Spider.cloud (page reading), Kie.ai (image generation), Google (Search Console API, free) and Cloudflare (R2 storage / CDN, on your own bucket and domain).

6 — Acceptable use

7 — Your content stays yours

Your WordPress sites, your connected domains, your clusters, the generated articles and images, and everything on your Cloudflare bucket: all of it is yours. You grant us only the limited licence needed to run the service on your behalf — store configurations, process content, call your APIs, publish to your sites, and keep the logs that make scoring and rewrites work.

Because it lives on your own properties (your WordPress, your R2), if you cancel, your content stays exactly where it is — there is nothing to export from us and nothing held hostage.

8 — AI-generated content: your review, your call

Articles are generated automatically from the data and instructions you configure. AI output can be wrong, incomplete or off-brand: you are the publisher. You decide whether to review drafts before publishing, and you are responsible for what ends up on your sites — including factual accuracy, claims, advertising disclosures (affiliate links included), and compliance with search engine guidelines. loopSEO's output is not professional advice of any kind.

9 — No promise of results

We built loopSEO to make content work harder, but we do not promise rankings, traffic, indexing, clicks or revenue. Search performance depends on factors nobody controls — your niche, competition, domain history, Google's algorithms. Metrics shown in the dashboard come from the Search Console property you connected and are indicative, not audited. Anything on the site or in the samples is illustrative, not a forecast.

10 — Privacy

We collect the minimum needed to run your loop, never sell personal data, and encrypt your credentials at rest. The details — what, why, and for how long — are in the Privacy Policy. For EU-specific roles, subprocessors and transfers see the GDPR page; California residents, see CCPA.

11 — Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law — including fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or that third-party APIs will always work. We schedule maintenance, and sometimes the internet has other plans.

12 — Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law: neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost traffic or lost data. Our total liability for all claims is capped at the amount you actually paid us in the 12 months before the first claim event. We are specifically not liable for: charges or losses you incur with third-party API providers; content you choose to publish; or actions search engines take against your sites.

13 — Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold us harmless from third-party claims arising from content you publish, your use of the connected third-party services, or your breach of these Terms — not from our own breach of them.

14 — Term and termination

You can cancel any time (§4). We may suspend for breach (§6) or non-payment, and terminate with 30 days' notice for convenience. When the service ends, the loop stops; your content remains on your WordPress and your storage, and sections of these Terms that by nature should survive, survive.

15 — Changes to the service and these Terms

We improve loopSEO continuously — features may evolve. If a change is material to these Terms, we give at least 30 days' notice (email or in-app). Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated Terms; if you don't, cancel before they take effect.

16 — Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the country where loopSEO is established, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. Disputes go to the courts of that country, unless the law gives you the right to sue where you live.
